将需要升级的loader，以RK*Loader*.bin格式放到该目录下
OTA打包时即会加入到升级包中。
也就是说，只要将需要升级的loader，以以RK*Loader*.bin格式命名，然后放到该目录下，就可实现loader升级功能。
