This package is used to generate CtsDefaultNotesApp.apk that is used in CtsVerifier test.
To install the apk file, run the following commands from your android checkout:
cd $ANDROID_BUILD_TOP && \
make -j32 CtsDefaultNotesApp && \
adb install -r -t $OUT/testcases/CtsDefaultNotesApp/arm64/CtsDefaultNotesApp.apk
